Feel like you want help but you don't need much hand-holding?  The Flex Coaching option is perfect for you.  While this is also a three-month program, you'll have fewer virtual meetings that are more spread out for the duration of the program.

This program covers three months because it takes time to safely restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit in meaningful and lasting ways.

With each month that we work together, I'll help you feel more and more vibrant. You can count on me to give you a personalized path to wellness.

My approach is to introduce lifestyle tweaks slowly so you're not overwhelmed. And, even though I'll make incremental suggestions for you to implement, nobody said that changes have to be slow or even hard.

To live an exceptional life, you have to be willing to do things differently -- and be open to the possibility that everything you want is closer than you think.

With me as your cheerleader, your confidant, your guide, you'll enjoy reaching your wellness goals. You'll also learn ways to customize your life when things go sideways, easily returning to a balanced state.

  • Initial 90 to 120-minute virtual consultation, including Ayurvedic assessment

  • Bi-weekly 60-minute virtual coaching sessions for three months

  • Personalized movement suggestions to accommodate your body's needs and requirements

  • Customized meal and nutrition plans, including specialized recipes to restore and maintain a balanced life

  • Meditations, visualizations, and affirmations created just for you to optimize your health and wellness goals

  • Herbal blends customized to enhance your wellbeing (additional charges may apply)

  • Defining life goals, including financial strategies, to enhance your wellness protocols

  • Unlimited email and Voxer access to me for even more support
